 Qualifications of an ideal Lead Housekeeper: 

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) 
• At least 1-2  years of relevant work experience   
• CPR Certified 

Lead Housekeeper Job Summary: 

A Lead Housekeeper performs assigned cleaning and housekeeping duties within established quality care and service standards. 

•  Maintain open communication with Supervisor and oversee department operations 
• Lead Housekeeping team and train team members on department duties and standards 
• Oversee inventory of cleaning equipment, linen and room supplies 
• Clean and service common areas and private Resident areas 
• Follow all housekeeping protocols and procedures in dusting, polishing, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, etc. 
• May assist maintenance with light maintenance duties
