Dining Room Manager

Hospitality Leadership—Without the Late Nights

Are you a hospitality leader who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences but wants a better work/life balance?

Join our senior living community as a Dining Room Manager. You’ll lead a front-of-house team, build meaningful relationships with residents, and create a warm, welcoming dining experience—all without the routine late-night hours common in restaurants.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead from the dining-room floor during meal periods
  • Build relationships with residents and learn their preferences
  • Train, coach, and support front-of-house associates
  • Conduct pre-meal huddles and communicate daily priorities
  • Create schedules and manage labor responsibly
  • Address concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solution-focused approach
  • Partner with Culinary and other community departments
  • Maintain high standards for service, sanitation, and professionalism

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is warm, organized, dependable, hands-on, calm under pressure, and passionate about developing a great team.

Restaurant, hotel, country club, senior living, or other hospitality leadership experience is preferred.

A More Balanced Hospitality Schedule

This position generally works five days per week, including four weekdays and one weekend day, with leadership presence during lunch and dinner.

Evening responsibilities are part of the role, but you won’t experience the routine late-night closing shifts found in many traditional restaurants.

If you’re ready to use your hospitality experience in a meaningful setting with more balanced hours, we’d love to meet you.

Apply today to become our next Dining Room Manager.
