We are seeking a Hospitality Director – Independent Living to lead the overall hospitality experience within our Independent Living community. This role is ideal for a charismatic, service-focused leader who thrives on creating a welcoming environment, building meaningful relationships, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Your Impact

As the Hospitality Director, you will be a visible and engaged leader responsible for elevating the day-to-day experience of our Independent Living residents. You will:

• Lead and develop the Concierge team while promoting a culture of exceptional service.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents.
• Partner with housekeeping, life engagement, transportation, and other departments to provide a seamless resident experience.
• Listen to resident feedback and identify opportunities to enhance services, programs, and experiences.
• Champion new ideas and innovative approaches to hospitality and resident engagement.
• Maintain high standards for professionalism, presentation, and first impressions.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents, families, and associates.
• Support the organization's mission, values, and commitment to service excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, customer experience, service operations, senior living, hotel management, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• A charismatic, polished, and approachable leadership style.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for creating meaningful experiences and building relationships.
• Senior living experience is preferred, but not required.
