Dining Room Supervisor

Franklin, TN

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dining room and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the dining room, including seating arrangements, food and beverage service, and cleanliness
- Train and supervise dining room staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service
- Assist in creating and implementing new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Attend meetings and participate in decision-making processes related to the dining room operations
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus
