Qualifications of an ideal Wellness Supervisor:

• Bachelor's Degree 
• Assisted Living Administrative License and/or other License as required by the state 
• RN Preferred 
• CPR
• At least 3 years of work experience in a senior living community or related field  

Wellness Supervisor Job Summary:

The Wellness Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Director of Wellness with the care and services of Residents, promote the effective utilization and monitoring of health care resources, and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve desired clinical, emotional and wellness outcomes in accordance with federal, state, local, company standards and established policies and procedures.

• Support mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.
• Establish and monitor goals and expectations for the Assisted Living and Memory Care departments.
• Assist with the Quality Improvement, Safety, Infection, Disaster and Environmental Control Programs in concert with company and state standards and provide appropriate plans of action to correct any identified deficiencies.
• Participate and assist with the admission and on-going Resident assessment and care planning process.
• Complete appropriate forms, reports, evaluations, and studies. Monitor and maintain documentation compliance in all areas to include medication system, MAR’s, incidents, Resident clinical information, QA, safety and required reports.
• Assist in Resident care as needed.
• Obtain and demonstrate knowledge of the Spark Book, Spark Lifestyle and Wellness philosophy and its inherent core values.
• Assist Director of Wellness with all other related duties
